So, your computer's not working correctly, or maybe you have one that's died completely!

Indigo Cat can have a technician on-site at a time that's convenient to you. We can schedule an appointment between 10am and 7pm.
As for our fees, we charge an $88 Call Out Fee,

• Which includes the 1st 60 minutes on-site
• After the 1st hour on-site, our technician will either have resolved your issue and be on his way
• or already spoken to you about bringing your system to our work bench for the diagnosed repair
• or if the issue remains undiagnosed on-site, he will then bring your system back for further study*

*By bringing the system to our test bench, we will further study your issue, until diagnosed or your system will be returned to you without further charges.
Once the issue is diagnosed, you will be given a quote on how much your computer will be to fix, and you only have to pay for the final repair. - So this means if we test the system for 4 hours (after that initial on-site) to find the issue you only pay for us to repair it.
