Some people ask us why we run our own website Hosting?

The simple truth to this answer is that after 10 years designing websites for people, we were tired of seeing people pay far too much for their hosting.

Why should you pay $79 a month when you really only need a small amount of space but high traffic, or visa versa? (lots of space but not huge bandwidth?)

Also we discovered through working with literally dozens of different hosting companies that it is often hard to get a reliable and friendly service from a website host.

Our hosting is Joomla! friendly as well as regularly backed up.

We changed data centers 18 months ago after our center at the time became unreliable due to internal hacks.

This is also crucial to us as your hosting providers! When our data center isnt prepared to protect you as best they can how can we?

We have learned that even when we perform to standards though sometimes things go wrong which is why there are regular backups performed. One example of this situation was when one of our hosting clients had retrenched a staff member but forgot to change the Joomla Administrator password. After an event that left the ex-employee unhappy they then went in and "vandalised" the website.This was through no fault of us the hosting providers however thanks to a recent backup their website was down for less than 24 hours. All their content and vital information that had been removed was able to be restored within six to twelve hours of the request being made.

We can not guarentee that your website will never be hacked/vandalised or assaulted just as no one can guarentee your car wont be! However we can do our best to make sure that should the worst happen we can help you get it back!*
